Española's rescue to be shown on TV!
On 4th May 2011, a crew from a TV show called "Bestial" broadcast by La Sexta, a Spanish nationwide station, visited El Refugio del burrito and followed our latest rescue.
"Bestial" is aired on Monday to Friday from 8.15am to 10.15am, and focuses on animal welfare in a fun, yet professional approach. Meritxell and Montse, TV host and camera woman respectively, recorded the day to day work done at El Refugio, to elaborate two pieces for the TV show that will air in about a month's time. We will let you know the exact days so stay tuned and don't miss out!
A moment of recording
A team of "Anonymous Lives" from La Sexta (Channel 6, Spanish TV), has spent three days following the experiences of one of our workers, to show the daily life of our work.
"Limited Life" is a program that, in terms of story, chronicles the lives of anonymous people who, for one reason or another, may be interesting. The TV producers contacted us and requested the assistance of one of our employees to provide a focus for the story.
In this case, Rafael Benjumea, was chosen for this role.
